This is the environment I’m working on currently. I’m adding bits of modeling here and there, and starting to surface the model in Substance Painter. The hangar floor is in-progress.
The Turbosquid-purchased Dropship is perfect for my needs here and serves as inspiration for the hangar, and gives me the time to focus on the hangar, texturing, animation, etc. The ship is scaled to the fully rigged character.
Rendering is VRAY 1.5, low setting, with some ambient occlusion and a touch of Photoshop tweaking.
